Below is the link to download the Application for Housing. Please read all the information carefully and fill out the application entirely.
Our waiting list uses Preference Points, where these points can move you up the waiting list once the preferences have been verified.
The available Preference Points are:
Working Preference - for families where the head of household or spouse is employed and has been employed for 6 months. This preference is automatically extended to elderly families or families whose head or spouse meets the HUD/Social Security definition of disability.
Training/Education Preference - for families where the head of household is attending school or is participating in job-training programs in the jurisdiction.
Veteran Preference - for families (or single persons) whose head of household is a veteran of the armed forces.
Transitional Housing Preference - for homeless families residing in a shelter and graduates of a transitional housing program.
Please note: All applications must be submitted in person to the Housing Authority main office. At the time of submission, all applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Original Birth Certificates for all family members
2. Social Security Cards for all family members
3. Drivers license/State ID for all members over the age of 18
The remaining documentation should be supplied only if it applies to you:
1. Proof of income for all family members
2. Medical Card
3. Current rent receipt
4. Proof of veteran status
5. Proof of any preferences claimed
